Soccer Performance Training Vancouver
In the 2022 World Cup, we saw Japan defeat two of Europe's giants in Germany and Spain. The Japanese players not only displayed phenomenal technique but very good body control and off the ball movement. Our training sessions focus on these three things, fundamental technique, how to properly use your body, and different types of movement patterns on the field. After going through training with us, you will be confident and comfortable on the ball in any situation on the pitch. Your technique will allow you to place the ball in the most advantageous position for yourself while also having the core strength to drive through contact and keep possession. You'll be able to make runs and position yourself where you can avoid contact and let your skill shine. A technically sound player with high soccer IQ who also moves gracefully on the field is what we envision for our athletes.
Signing Up For A Training Session

- We will then schedule a quick meet-up/phone call to discuss what you are looking to get out of a session
- Determine time/place
- Feedback after a session on improvement points based on the coaches analysis
